        significance of quality social services for the client includes: time and availability; finality - the level of

        Government policy on social assistance should cover a number of measures to combat social exclusion
        and  promote  social  inclusion,  including  the  development  of  legislative  provisions  to  ensure  system
        construction  coherent,  effective  management,  improvement  continual  various  measures  of  financial

        support respectively for the elderly and those at risk, as well as consolidating and developing the network
        of  social  services,  medical  and  geriatric  addressed  this  population.  Even  the  media  or  political
