CCASP HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES AND STRATEGIES IN THE LIGHT OF ROMANIAN PUBLIC
                                                    ADMINISTRATION

Given the fact that, the strategic approach to human resources development is a mandatory requirement

in the era of globalization, we can say that continuous training of employees is essential (Manole, 2012,
p.53). Only in this way, human resources, both in public administration industry and other sectors of the
national economy, will cope with increased competitive pressures on the European and global market

        (Manole, 2012, pp.60-61).
