About the conference
Artificial intelligence is changing how public institutions make decisions, deliver services and organise work. It is also changing what public servants need to know, how they are recruited, trained and evaluated, and how accountability is preserved when part of the work is carried out by algorithms.
The 22nd edition invites researchers, practitioners and doctoral students to examine these changes from the perspective of public administration and human resources management: what needs to be rethought, what should be preserved, and how the transition can be governed responsibly.
The Faculty of Administration and Public Management (accredited by EAPAA, the European Association for Public Administration Accreditation) invites you to attend the 22nd Administration and Public Management International Conference, on 22–23 October 2026, organised by the Administration and Public Management Department, Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
