Bio:<\/strong>
Adina is a senior lecturer (associate professor) in management at the\u00a0University of Glagsow Adam Smith Business School<\/em><\/strong>. Her research interest is\u00a0on human resources and organisational behaviour in the public sector, as well as on public services.\u00a0She has published in\u00a0Public Policy and Administration, PublicManagement Review, Public Money & Management, Management Accounting Research and Financial Accountability and Management\u00a0<\/em>and has several editorial appoitnments. Her research has been funded by UKRI, ESRC, and Carnegie Universities\u2019 Trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
