Bio:
Adina is a senior lecturer (associate professor) in management at the University of Glagsow Adam Smith Business School. Her research interest is on human resources and organisational behaviour in the public sector, as well as on public services. She has published in Public Policy and Administration, PublicManagement Review, Public Money & Management, Management Accounting Research and Financial Accountability and Management and has several editorial appoitnments. Her research has been funded by UKRI, ESRC, and Carnegie Universities’ Trust.
